Area-51

If you are disappointed by the lack of single player gameplay in AA3 and are looking for a solid free single player action game then Area-51 is made for you. This game was initially a commercial release however was later on released as a freeware with the backing of US Air Force. As the name suggests this game puts you inside the secret US Government complex – Area 51. An unknown virus has been released inside the complex that has been mutating people into killers. And it’s up to you to stop the mutants.

The story isn’t the best and neither is its presentation. But Area-51 more than makes up for the lacklusture story with action packed gameplay. You check out IGN’s review to learn more about it.
