This program allows you to backup and restore the Activation Status of an already activated installation of Windows XP. When Windows XP is activated, it creates a special file called wpa.dbl which hold the activation information.
The information in this file is specific to the original hardware of the computer it resides on. Using this program, you may backup this file prior to reinstalling Windows XP and thereafter restore the wpa.dbl file.
