Fix Missing CD/DVD Drive Icon From My Computer

This problem frequently happened for Windows XP user, I don't know why but not in Windows Vista. To fix this problem, simply follow below steps:
1. Open Device Manager by right-clicking My Computer desktop icon, choose Manage and click Device Manager tab
2. As you can see in below image that the DVD/CD-ROM drives got yellow exclamation mark on it. It's mean something wrong with that drive
3. Open Registry Editor Tool by click Start, click Run and type in regedit, clik Ok
4. In Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ Class
5. Click this string {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
6. In the details pane on the right side, delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters
7. Before deleting, please backup that string value by export it to your Desktop.
This will fix the problem ...
